GS27® Scratch Remover only works on
surface/superficial scratches, not deep scratches. The easiest way
to determine whether you have a deep scratch or a surface/superficial
scratch is to gently drag your fingernail across the scratch. If
you do not feel an obstruction, then you have a surface/superficial
scratch. If you do feel an obstruction, then you have a deep
scratch and the GS27® Scratch Remover will not work on it.

Surface/Superficial Scratches follow these instructions:
Squeeze a small amount of the GS27® Scratch
Remover onto a clean, dry, soft cloth. Apply to your vehicle (make
sure that the surface being treated is cold, meaning that the car hasn't
just been driven or hasn't sat out in the sun) in a circular motion over
the surface scratch and remove the product immediately. If the
product has a chance to dry, you might have a white haze, in which case
you should reapply the scratch remover on the area and remove it
immediately.
