Shipping & Returns

All orders are sent by reliable couriers and they will arrive usually with in 7 working days of your order date.

Shipping is calculated according to the weight of the items you order and is charged according to the prevailing rates charged by Courier Service. Once you add items to your cart, you will see the shipping cost when you checkout.

If you have any special requirements, please email us in advance and in most cases we can accommodate.

We aim to deliver your order straight away. Normally, we will send your order to you in within 2- 4 working days, and if its particularly urgent, you can email us and we will let you know exactly when your order will go out.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be alerted to this by email and will be kept informed throughout.

Returns

Some products (mentioned in the product pages) carry a 7 days no-quibble guarantee - simply return the item to us within 7 days of the dispatch date and well return your payment in full, no questions asked provided that you have not used it. For obvious hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on any cosmetics that have been used
