Order Acknowledgement
Your order will be acknowledged on our website on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. Occasionally we may be unable to deliver if stock runs out or is withdrawn or circumstances arise beyond our control such as acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, or legislation. If such a problem arises, we will advise you as soon as we can and you will be issued with an immediate refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver the goods in question.
Order Acceptance
Order Acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below Cancellations.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
* The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
* Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
* The identification of a pricing or product description error
Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we receive your order.
You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. For products in India, delivery charges are included in the price. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of Sales Tax or VAT. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Delivery
Where goods are delivered by reliable courier, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 4 working days after receiving your order. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay.
General
All measurements are approximate. The reproduction of colors is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.
Cancellation
If, for any reason, you are unhappy or simply do not want the products you have ordered, let us know within 7 days of receiving them and we will arrange for a full refund to be made after you return the goods to us in their original condition. This 7 day period starts the day after you receive the goods. The refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
If you wish to cancel before the items are dispatched you are asked to contact us, by e-mail or phone as soon as is practicably possible.
If your cancellation is received after the items have been dispatched just send it back to us unopened for a refund of full purchase price.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will not be refunded in any case. Shipping charges for returning the items ordered should be borne by the customer only.
